As we go through life...it is key to practice gratitude everyday.

While many people believe that gratitude comes once we are happy and have the things we want-the opposite is actually the truth. Happiness follows gratitude. So even in the darkest times, remember to meditate on art least three things in your life that you are grateful for. Today, mine was reflecting on my travels.
